At Bucks Pro Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely tape it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location listed on your label and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
